On its debut race, Sandor Vogelsinger broke his own old car's record with this new car. The new record is 11.233 @ 210 km/h (130 mph) We missed that one, but we logged two other runs, this being the better one, despite the ECU error after changing into 4th gear. From that point the engine made significantly less power, clearly visible on the green power chart on the 1/4 mile view. You can also hear it in the on-board video. The launch is fenomenal, this was the first Hungarian FWD 1.9 second 60 feet time on an unprepped concrete track. His 1.939 is even better than my best effort was on Santa Pod in 2004. But get back to the Honda. Sandor also made a mistake by changing gear too soon from 2nd to 3rd, in the other run he went about 10 km/h faster when he shifted up. We hope we can log a perfect run on the season's last race on 22 October. We just need a dry track! :)
