1/8 MILE RUNS

In Hungary dragracing is mostly over 1/8 mile, mostly because of the lack of suitable tracks.
Racing is more open this way, distance lost during a bad launch are harder to recover.

	It's the original, 3 liter, 286 HP verion. The launch is very nice especially considering the 18" wheels with street tires. First gear was held onto long enough so traction was regained for a short while, but it still spun the tires in 2nd gear for a brief period.

	After a chip upgrade, we re-logged Gomb's TT. The car improved in every aspect, even the launch is better, altough it's still far from the real quattros...

	Boti's new weapon for 2009. The brand new Toyo R888 tires found plenty of grip on the cold tarmac. First gear was overrevved a bit, even touched the limiter, so lost a few hundreds there. (Log was taken in strong tailwind)

	The twin of Boci's VTI, although this car is a lot quiter, and quite a bit slower too. But still, 5.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h is quite a good record for a car powered by a 1.6 liter naturally aspirated engine. This car have longer ratios than Boci's, 3rd gear tops exactly at the Q/M, hitting the limiter just meters before the line. The forthcoming Tokol video includes some on-board footage of this run too.

	As it's an unmolested example, this get away is quite good. Unfortunately the ECU was playing up -some problems with overboost- so in this run the driver short-shifted to prevent ignition cut.

	Kunmadaras, 2005.06.18.
	This time we logged the car with slightly worse tires but with 70 kg less weight than last time, due to stripped interior and deleted air con. Despite the poor tires, and thanks to the grippy track the launch is now much better than last year. The gearshifts are fast and quite brutal. :) A good run.

	Rábaring, 2005.09.25.
	This Integra has an tuned 2 liter B20 engine. With the help of the MH drag tires it pulls quite good well on the slippery Rabaring track. In its category it was the 3rd fastest on the day.
