1/8 MILE RUNS

In Hungary dragracing is mostly over 1/8 mile, mostly because of the lack of suitable tracks.
Racing is more open this way, distance lost during a bad launch are harder to recover.

	An American people carrier minivan. 3 liter V6 petrol engine, RWD and automatic gearbox. Despite the big engine it's quite weak, just 140 HP. It's suspension is sooo soft that I got sick during the 50 meters while I was a passanger. A proper Bangbus! :)

	This 405 is quite a rarity. It's powered by a 1.9 liter 109 HP engine and it has four wheel drive! It came to me as a surprise as well, becuase from the log I couldn't have guessed it. Ok, the spike just after 2 seconds is suspicous. Of course it wasn't a full out launch attempt, this is not a racecar.

	This is an old Fiat Uno with 1.0 engine. Everything was totally avarage, but the start was not too bad before the tyres sticks on the road. It has more power, than the stock value.

	It's a bad start. The first second is a waste of time. And even after the 0.43 peak acceleration falls fast. The first two gearshifts are very conservative, third into fourth is a little better.

	The minimum engine, with small -not neccesarily good- modifications. The 1/4 mile could not be reached in the website's 19 second limit, but we do measured it. Without rollout it was 20.14 @ 108 km/h. The lack of power is already aparent in first gear, it strugled to spin the tires, just 2 short squeaks.
