Comments:
The result of a long awaited logging session. A star of the Hungarian drag racing scene, but until now, its stardom was more or less based on crap timing systems at various events.
The first run, -what you can see here- was done with 1.5 bar boost. It was a ''warm up' run before the second attempt, which was with the same boost with a good 100bhp nitrous shot extra. Unfortunately a sensor or something gave in, and the run was aborted. Too bad. :(
But let's talk abou this run. Unlike most AWD cars, this Delta launches with a slipping clutch. Mosty to save the transmission. As it has a very long first gear, it makes sense. There is a bit of a turbo lag after the gearchanges, but it's not that bad.
We will try to log the car again soon.
