It's the 2002 model with 456 HP for a weight of 1440kg. On paper. During this log there were two people on board. The official timeslip shows 12.19 @ 195 km/h, this is matched very closely by this run if the rollout is set to 12". Now it proves there is something not adding up. Wheelpower figures suggest a powertrain loss of around 30 HP only. Now, either Porsche makes extremely efficient gearboxes or, -more likely- the car is more powerful than on paper. This run wasn't perfect, the car managed a best of 11.92 later on the day. The problem is the launch, it's too cautious. Of course it gets much better as it starts to roll. The peak 0.9g is an amazing figure for street tires. Of course rear engine, rear wheel drive combo helps, as well as the 315mm wide tires. A small amount is left from the original 930 turbo, but it's not a problem at all. The power curve is interesting too, especially noticable in 3rd. Probably some kind of overboost after each gearchange.
