| I just realized I already logged tucco's car around 2 years ago. A lot has changed since then. First of all, it's now powered by a 2.0 8v C20NE engine from a Vectra, and secondly it weights significantly less. It's quite a good config. He races in the most popular pro class in Hungary, and have quite a number of podiums, altough the first win is yet to come. Officially this run was timed t 13.12 @ 166 km/h, our log matches it quite well with 12" rollout. The launch is very nice, and after the very fast upshift tires keep spinning for a while in 2nd too. The following upshifts are very good as well. Altough power curve is falling while nearing the limiter, it's clear that it is beneficial to rev the engine this high. His PB best was 13.01 with around the same trap speeds, so while this run looks perfect, there's still a tenth coming from the launch only! |
