| A bit overcautious start, but the other attempts wasn't much better, when the tires kept spinning through first gear. The power curse is quite nice. Third gear was not enough to reach the finish line, so the trap speed suffered a bit. | The interesting in this log is that the 60 feet figure is worse than the previous log, but the 1/8 and 1/4 mile figures are significantly better. Of couse a bit of the improvement comes from power, but it's worth checking out the virtual race between the two runs. The turning point is just after the 3 second mark. (the yellow line crossing base line) While this was a better start that the older log's, it's still quite faint. Also a good 0-100 km/h time was hindered by shifting up a wee bit early, at 99.5 km/h. If we could took another log, we should have been able to improve, but idle control was going bananas, so we couldn't. |
