Just as Falco said, try to keep it clear.
ET stands for the time which is elapsed between activting the start photocells and reaching the finish beam.

We use the terms 'net' and 'gross' times for clear understanding what are we talking about.

net stands for ET, gross is ET + reaction time.

Talking gross times is pretty pointless, these number do not tell anything.   If you have a gross time of 12.6 it can be an ET of 11.6 and a reaction time of 1.0 seconds, or it can be a 12.0 with a 0.6 seconds reaction.

Especially if the reaction time is timed from the first yellow showing, like you have it in Croatia.
Your perfect reaction time is 0.5, while in our systems it's 0.0.

Well, nice cars and ET's, but let me say that the way you are talking about ET's and reaction times is a bit confusing for me. The ET, if you want to simplify it, is nothing else but the time the car needs from beam to beam... Yep, you can loose if your reaction time sucks even with a better ET, but reaction time has nothing to do with your ET. BTW, we are using a protree, where all the  yellows come at once followed by the green 0.4 sec later (if I remember correctly).

I saw that one slovenian guy which is also driving Croatian championship (Gregor Tus with Honda civic) has best ET time 12.1 but in Croatia he never had lower than 12.5. I also saw that his reaction times are 0.2 or 0.3 but in Croatia if you have reaction time lower than 0.5 it means that you hit the red light and you are disqualified. My reaction time is usually around 0.8 and with that reaction I had ET 12.6 so it means that actual time of the car is 12.3. The oponent in that race had ET 12.5 so he won. But he had only better start because he had better reaction time which was 0.6. So it means that his car time was 12.4. As you can see we are in Croatia calculating the total time of the car  + 0.5.  I supose that you have very similar. You are calculating total car time + reaction time which can be 0.1? So if the car time is 12.1 and reaction time is 0.3 the total ET is 12.4. Am I right? If that is true, Croatian vehicles can be 0.5 seconds faster in your championship.

Our fastest car is Audi S2 station wagon which had 10.6 alltogether with the reaction time. My golf with two engines  had the record for almost year and a half and it was 11.4. This year the record was hit at least 4-5 times.
We also have one Corsa  with Audi V6 2.7 engine which is at the back of the car. His time was 11.05. One guy from serbia has an Audi S4 with the same angine but it's 4x4. His time is 11.1. Than we came with our golf which had a lot of problems with automatic gearboxes so our best time was 11.3. Next year we will  have one Chevy Malibu with 1000 hp, one S2 with 800 hp. He drove one race last year but he hit the red light. But on that run he had 11.0 ET. I think that this car can go low 10 sec acording to the croatian timing. I think that next year we will have 3-4 cars in 10 sec. I hope that I will get 11 sec with my car.

Yes the prices in Croatia are quite OK but the thing is that you have to pay 50 euro if you wanna race. So the drivers are "collecting" the price money beetween ourselves. The organisation is taking the money from the visitors and the winners are dividing the money which we payed for the race. Example: if you have 100 cars in the race, it means that the price money is 5000 euro. You have 7 categories so it means that the winner in each category will get 715 euro. The 2nd and 3rd place will get nothing. Only in Zagreb and Rijeka you have over 100 drivers. On the other races you have cca 80 cars. The final cahampionship money is from the sponsors. And as I told you before, half of the prise is in cash and the other half is in sponsor items.
Last year we had 11 races but sometimes in one weekend we had 2 races (zagreb, Rijeka, Varazdin and Banja Luka-Bosnia). Slovenj Gradec (Slovenia), Beograd (Serbia) and Mostar (Bosnia) there was only one race.
Later I will upload some photos...
